Dr. John Nolan is pleased to advise that the Programme for the Macular Carotenoid Conference 2013 is now published. “While some of the lecturers are the same as the 2011 conference, the 2013 programme has many new speakers, who will be presenting on a wide variety of topics of relevance to carotenoid nutrition for the eye and wellbeing. I believe that getting these key opinion leaders together at a conference like this is important, as it directs scientific strategy in our specialised field. Indeed, a lot of the topics planned for the 2013 event are the result of the 2011 conference. The organising committee are very excited about the 2013 programme and are confident that attending delegates will be provided with the most current and stimulating science.”
